The No Veteran Left Behind Resource Referral and Consultant Program (NVLB) primary goal is caring for Veterans and family members of Veterans. Its purpose is to help build strong family social values throughout the community with a focus on the essential elements of community enrichment, community development, commitment, loyalty, and integrity. The No Veteran Left Behind Resource Referral and Consultant Program (NVLB) will achieve its purpose through the following programs: Veteran Family Enrichment, Veteran Sports Program, Veteran Outreach Program, Veteran Health/Wellness Program, Veteran Physical Fitness Program, Veteran Crisis Intervention Program, Veteran Credit Counseling, NVLB Affordable Housing/ Home Ownership Program: Veteran Job Training Program, Veteran Reentry Program, Veteran Production/Recording and Music Program, Veteran Publishing Program, Veteran Mental Health Program, Veteran Contact Care, Veteran Equine Therapy and The NVLB Empowerment Summit: No Veteran Left Behind Resource Referral and Consultant Program (NVLB) is designed to empower and promote self-awareness and self-esteem in all veterans and family members throughout the community who want to improve their quality of life. This will be for veterans and family members of Veterans who exemplify the need.

Veteran Sports program

The Veteran Sports Program aims to steer at-risk youth away from negative influences like school dropout rates, substance abuse, gang violence, and risky behavior. Through weekly community sports like boxing, football, and basketball, the program educates and mentors participants, countering harmful misconceptions and fostering physical and emotional well-being. Geared toward veterans and their families in need, it provides a supportive environment for positive growth and development.

Veteran Family Enrichment

The Veteran Family Enrichment program offers weekly empowerment classes, and quarterly workshops on marriage, family dynamics, and gender-specific topics. It aims to cultivate social values within veteran families and the community. Tailored for veterans and their families in need, it provides opportunities for personal growth and relationship development.

Veteran Outreach programs

The Veteran Outreach Program provides essential support such as clothing, transportation, food, shelter, and housing assistance for homeless veterans and those in need. It is open to veterans and their families who require assistance, aiming to address their immediate needs and ensure their well-being.

Veteran Health/Wellness Program

The Veteran Health/Wellness Program offers health services, education, and outreach to veterans and their families. It promotes lifelong good health through education on healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and managing chronic conditions. Emphasis is placed on fitness, nutrition, and weight management, providing guidance for maintaining overall well-being.

Veteran Physical Fitness Program

The Veteran Physical Fitness Program aims to optimize health and physical development tailored to each individual’s age, sex, and physiology. It provides education and outreach to promote a physically fit lifestyle, partnering with local fitness centers. Geared toward veterans and their families, the program encourages a lifelong commitment to physical fitness.

Veteran Crisis Intervention Program

The Veteran Crisis Intervention Program conducts monthly three-day workshops focused on preventive and rehabilitative training for substance abuse and domestic violence. These workshops are tailored for individual veterans and their families in need of intervention and rehabilitation support.

The Veteran Job Training Program

The Veteran Job Training Program offers two nights of weekly instruction focused on communication, resume writing, and interviewing skills. Geared towards veterans and their family members in need, the program aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to secure employment. Additionally, partnerships with local state education and employment agencies aim to foster Veteran family social values within the community.

The Veteran Reentry Program

The Veteran Reentry Program focuses on supporting ex-offenders, particularly veterans, in reintegrating into society after their release from prison. It utilizes comprehensive case management and various programs such as drug rehabilitation and vocational training to help ex-offenders acquire the necessary life skills to become law-abiding citizens. This program is designed for veterans and their family members who require assistance in the reentry process.

Veteran Production/Recording and Music Program

The Veteran Production/Recording and Music Program offers classes in computer animation, digital arts and design, music/video production, and entertainment business development. These classes, meeting three nights a week, are tailored for veterans and their family members in need. Additionally, partnerships with local recording companies and non-profit agencies aim to enhance community development.

Veteran Publishing Program

The Veteran Publishing Program focuses on publishing books covering various topics such as training, leadership, empowerment, enrichment, and business/operation materials. It caters to veterans and their family members in need and collaborates with local publishing companies and non-profit agencies to contribute to community development.

Veteran Mental Health Program

The Veteran Mental Health Program offers interactive programs, rehabilitative retreats, and professional services to support veterans coping with mental health challenges like PTSD, MST, TBI, and more. Tailored for veterans and their families in need, it also collaborates with other mental health and non-profit agencies to enhance community development.

Hair/Scalp Wellness Program

The Hair/Scalp Wellness Program offers guidance to veterans on selecting hair products suitable for their hair type, preventing hair loss, and promoting hair growth. It includes hair and scalp analysis, along with treatments and procedures to maintain healthy hair. Partnering with experts in trichology and hair restoration, this program caters to veterans and their families who require such support.

Veteran Credit Counseling

The Veteran Credit Counseling program offers comprehensive financial analysis to veterans and their families, assessing their financial situation, debt, income, expenses, and budget. Through weekly workshops, group discussions, and one-on-one counseling sessions, participants receive information and support to improve their financial health. Partnering with local credit counseling and financial agencies, this program aims to enhance the overall financial situation within the community.

The NVLB Affordable Housing/Home Ownership Program

The NVLB Affordable Housing/Home Ownership Program aims to provide individual veterans and their families with support to achieve residential stability and permanent affordable housing. Through homeowner education and workshops, participants are guided through the process of finding, purchasing, and owning a home. The program collaborates with various professionals in the housing industry to conduct workshops on property management, maintenance, and tenant rights. By offering weekly family workshops, group discussions, and one-on-one counseling, the program seeks to improve community development and enhance the overall financial situation of veterans and their families.

Veteran Contact Care

The Veteran Contact Care program provides education, support, and empowerment to family members and friends seeking care or services for veterans. It assists in connecting veterans and their families with appropriate services at local VA facilities or within the community, with a focus on suicide prevention and addressing homelessness among veterans. Additionally, the program offers coaching for family and friends. It is designed for veterans and their family members who are in need of such assistance, and it collaborates with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and other organizations to provide resources for veteran and military suicide prevention.

Veteran Equine Therapy

The Veteran Equine Therapy program offers Equine-Assisted Therapy, involving horses in mental health treatment. Through horse-based activities, veterans build confidence, trust, and healthier boundaries while learning empathy and forming authentic connections. This experiential therapy allows veterans to address emotions and issues directly, making it particularly effective for those who may be resistant to traditional talk therapy, including teens.

 The NVLB Empowerment Summit

The NVLB Empowerment Summit is a three-day event for Veterans and their family members focusing on Veteran Suicide Prevention and homelessness. It includes expert information on Veterans Benefits, Financial Fitness, Self-Care, and Wellness. Day 1 features a Holistic Health Workshop and community service activities. Day 2 includes the NVLB Bronze Eagle Awards Brunch or Banquet. Day 3 concludes with the NVLB Bronze Prayer Breakfast & Equestrian Assisted Learning Experience. The summit aims to empower participants to improve their quality of life, build camaraderie, and promote resilience among the community of servant leaders.
