At Covenant Connection Network Consultation Group of Houston, we endeavor to assist individuals and organizations reach their goals and maximize their community-oriented potentials, in Community Empowerment, Community Enrichment, and Community Development. We will give you the tools needed to organize, create, manage, and achieve social change in the Community. About Our Founder
Greg Fulton Is A Native of Memphis, TN
– Over 40 years of Federal Service, over 20 years US Army (Retired Army), over 20 years working for the Department of Veteran Affairs.
– 20 years as a Consultant In Leadership Development, Non-Profit Community Development, Military and Veterans Family Enrichment, and Veteran Life/Wellness Coaching.
– Founder of the Covenant Connection Network Group of Greater Houston.
– Over the last (18) years help over 100 organizations with their Non-profit status and become organizations with the 501(c)(3).
– In 2019 Published a self-guide book, “501c3 Made Easy Instruction Guide.

Ccng Houston 501c3 Consultation Service Fees and State and Federal Government Filing Fees:
$600 Consultation Fee for completion of Form 1023EZ
$395 Consultation Fee for Incorporating the organization
$25 Texas State Non-Profit Incorporation Filing Fee (State Incorporation Fees are different by State
$275 IRS Filing Fee
$ 1,295 Total Fees
*We agree to present successful solutions to your business or non-profit-related concerns by assisting with or fully furnishing the following:
- Assist you in Obtaining your organization’s EIN (Employer Identification Number/Tax ID Number);
- Prepare your Articles of Incorporation (with the required IRS clauses included) to be filed with the secretary of state;
- Assist you in Completing Form 1023EZ (the application for 501c3 status);
- Provide you with a basic set of by-laws and a conflict of interest policy for your organization;
- Represent you if the IRS has any questions or concerns about your application throughout their review process.
It takes us approximately 3 weeks to prepare your 501c3 application and submit it to the IRS. Upon submission, it takes the IRS approximately 10 weeks to approve the 501c3 status.
